Event: Holding Yours, Gathering Ours. A Grief Healing Space

Sun, 4 December 2022, 11:00 – 15:00 GMT

198 Contemporary Arts and Learning 198 Railton Road London SE24 0JT

In these moments of collective grief and volatile isolation, let’s come together to foster space for belonging, catharsis and mutual support.

Facilitated by Tobi Adebajo, this workshop will allow participants to share stories of grief and loss in an intentional environment. Connecting to the self as we engage with what grief and healing look like for us, we will familiarise ourselves with ways of utilising our surroundings to prioritise releasing grief from the body.

Food and drinks will be provided.

The venue will be fully wheelchair accessible, however please send us an email with any further access requirements you may have ahead of the day.

Please take a COVID test before attending and do not attend if you test positive for COVID.

This is a free event for African, Afrodescendant and Black folk.

For more information and to register for the event, please visit our Eventbrite.
